Haupia Pie

This is our take on a popular Hawaiian pie that traditionally uses half coconut milk and half regular milk, along with a bit of chocolate, to make a beautiful layered pie. We thought the coconut flavor wasn't coming through strongly enough though, so we use 100% coconut milk. We add in Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate for the chocolate layer, top the pie with whipped cream and toasted coconut, and nestle it in all inside our graham cracker crumb crust. The flavor reminds me of a certain chocolate-covered coconut candy bar that I used to trade for on Halloween night when we'd get back from trick-or-treating :-)

You can pay via cash/check/card/Venmo at pickup (4% surcharge for credit card/Venmo)
Since I do not have a dedicated GF kitchen, my GF items would not be considered celiac-friendly.
