Epie Jackai Memorial Foundation Scholarship Application

The Epie Jackai Memorial Foundation Scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate a commitment to education, community service, and making a positive impact in the Cambay or their local community.
Scholarship Awards

The Epie Jackai Memorial Foundation will award the following scholarships for the 2026–27 academic year:
- Five $1,000 scholarships for College/University students
- Two $500 scholarships for Dual Enrollment students (students enrolled in both high school and college)
- Four $250 scholarships for High School students
Award Criteria

Please review the eligibility and application requirements before completing the form.
- Applicants must be enrolled in high school or a college/university for the 2026–27 academic year.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. A positive attitude and participation in community service are of primary importance in the selection process.
- Applicants must complete all required sections of the application, submit an essay of no more than 2,000 words addressing all required prompts, and provide one letter of recommendation from an individual who is neither a relative nor a schoolmate.
Applications must be submitted by October 31, 2026 at 11:45 PM Pacific.
