These programs have been created to ensure our players are taught playing the "APIA Way" - Fast, Possession based, Attacking minded Football, to help develop each player and provide opportunities which see them go through our club pathways of Girls EDP, Girls JDL, NPL1 Youth and into NPL Senior Football. Ultimately our club's goal is to move away from having trials for Girls JDL and select only players from within our own Development programs. By doing this we also ensure that all our players and their respective families understand the club environment and are part of the club's incredible culture.
