TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ & SIGN BELOW
By applying to participate in the Recycled Clothing Pop-Up Event at Origins Market, all vendors agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Application & Approval
All participants must complete the official application form to be considered.
Submission of an application does not guarantee a place at the event.
Successful applicants will be notified and allocated a designated setup location within the market.
2. Event Cost
Participation in this event is free of charge.
Vendors are responsible for all costs associated with their setup, equipment, and operation.
3. Setup Requirements
Vendors must be fully self-sufficient.
All participants are required to supply their own:Clothing racks/rails
Hangers
Tables or display equipment (if required)
Additional benches and stools can provided by Origins Market with prior notice.
4. Payment & Float
Vendors must manage their own sales transactions.
This includes supplying:Cash float
EFTPOS facilities (if offering cashless payments)
Origins Market takes no responsibility for vendor transactions.
5. Product Guidelines
Items sold must be clean, in good condition, and suitable for resale.
Only recycled, pre-loved, or upcycled clothing and accessories are permitted.
Origins Market reserves the right to request removal of any items deemed inappropriate.
6. Setup & Pack Down
Vendors must adhere to allocated bump-in (8am) and bump-out (12pm) times provided prior to the event.
All setups must be completed before the event opening time.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of rubbish.
7. Stall Presentation
Vendors are expected to maintain a neat, safe, and visually presentable stall at all times.
Walkways and emergency exits must remain clear.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
All vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward staff, customers, and other vendors.
Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
9. Liability & Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Origins Market is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or stock.
Vendors are encouraged to hold their own public liability insurance where applicable.
10. Safety & Compliance
Vendors must comply with all safety requirements and directions from Origins Market staff.
Any hazards must be immediately reported.
11. Cancellations & Changes
If a vendor can no longer attend, they must notify Origins Market as soon as possible.
Origins Market reserves the right to make changes to event details, layout, or vendor placements if required.
12. Weather & Event Conditions
As an indoor event, the pop-up will proceed as planned unless otherwise advised.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, vendors will be notified promptly.
13. Photography & Promotion
By participating, vendors consent to photos and videos being taken for marketing and promotional purposes by Origins Market.
14. Agreement
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
