This form is for students who would like to request a change to the delivery mode of one or more of their current subjects, either from On Campus to Online or from Online to On Campus.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
This form will remain open until Friday, 25 September 2026.
Before you submit your request
Please read the following information carefully:
1. Subject change requests or other types of requests will not be processed through this form.
2. You can only request a delivery mode change for subjects you are currently enrolled in.
3. Requests are subject to timetable and class availability, so submitting this form does not guarantee that your request will be approved.
4. If you are an international student, you can only change to online delivery if you continue to meet the applicable online study requirements, including the 30% online study limit and completing at least one on-campus subject during the trimester.
5. Before submitting your request, please check the timetable to see what classes are available for your subject and preferred campus. Class availability can change, so a place in your preferred class cannot be guaranteed.
6. Please make sure all required fields are completed and the information you provide is correct.
7. Take a moment to review your requested changes before submitting the form.
What happens next?
If your request is approved and processed, our Timetabling team will allocate you to an available class for your new delivery mode. Please allow up to 48 hours for the change to appear in My Timetable.
Once the change has been updated, you can log in to My Timetable to view your new class allocation and make further changes if required.
