Power Requirements:
The cart operates without power for up to 3 hours while maintaining serving temperature. If power is available, a standard 10-amp electrical outlet with a basic extension cord is sufficient.

If a date is greyed out, that means we are at full capacity on our event rentals and will not be accepting any more bookings for that day. Please check out our portable freezer lab if you would still like to order ice cream for your event.

Please choose a minimum of 1 flavor and up to 6 flavors.

Please note that the above total reflects only the cost of the ice cream and does not account for staffing, delivery, or pickup (approximately an extra $200)! Your complete total will be confirmed by email after submitting the form.

Rental Agreement

This rental agreement applies to the use of our Mobile Ice Cream Lab Cart.

Your rental includes your selected ice cream order, one staff member for up to 3 hours, as well as delivery and pickup.

For rentals outside of Kelowna city limits, an additional delivery and pickup fee may apply, subject to approval.

Deposit
A $350 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure and hold your event date.*

Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event date.

Payment Method
An invoice will be emailed to you with a secure link to make your payment online using any major credit card.

*If your booking is made less than one month prior to the event date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so without penalty up to one month prior to your event date.

Your $350 deposit will be refunded provided that at least one month's notice of cancellation is given.

*If your booking was made less than one month prior to the event date, the booking is non-refundable. However, a store credit may be provided if you give at least one week's notice of a cancellation or date change.
