Active anti-Flock campaigns in Cuyahoga County (Flock No Cle, CH4IR, Shake Off Flock, and DeFlock Lakewood) are hosting a countywide gathering on August 16th from 1-4pm at Neighborhood Connections (6601 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, 44113).

This registration form is intended to give us a sense of how many attendees to expect, not to needlessly collect your personal information. If you'd like to receive campaign updates going forward, we will need an email address, but otherwise feel free to fill out as many or as few of the fields as you're comfortable with.
