3. GRANT OF LICENSE & RIGHTS (CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT)
In consideration of the mutual benefits outlined above, the Model grants the Photographer and their legal successors, clients, and licensees an absolute, perpetual, and worldwide right to:
• Copyright, use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the photographs, video footage, and aerial/drone media taken during the session ("The Media").
• Use The Media for commercial, editorial, portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and display purposes across all digital and print media formats.
• Edit, alter, crop, composite, or retouch The Media at the Photographer’s artistic discretion.

4. RESTRICTIONS & AI PROTECTION
• Derogatory Use: The Media shall NOT be used in a defamatory, offensive, or derogatory manner, or to portray the Model in a false or malicious light.
• AI Dataset Protection: The Photographer explicitly agrees that The Media will NOT be sold, licensed, or uploaded to third-party generative AI dataset training libraries.

5. CONTRACTUAL NATURE & DATA PROTECTION

Irrevocability: The Model agrees that this agreement constitutes a binding contract supported by valid consideration. The license granted herein to use The Media is irrevocable and perpetual.

Privacy Notice: Personal contact details provided above will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR under the legal basis of Contractual Performance and Legitimate Interests.
