I understand that visiting a working farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with animals, uneven ground, outdoor activities, farm equipment, weather conditions, and other potential hazards.

By registering for Miss Sarah Music Class - 9/19, I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation for myself and all minors in my care.

I agree to release and hold harmless Greene Acres Family Farm, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from participation in farm activities.

I understand that children must be supervised by an adult at all times. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE ELECTRIC FENCES ON AT ALL TIMES IN THE HORSE PASTURE.
