• Card Binder Commission Request

  • Please ONLY submit this form if customs are listed as “open” at instagram.com/shinyvaultcreations. Cost of a new binder is included in every quote. I mainly use VaultX, Card Guardian or Gamegenic binders, but similar quality brands are sometimes chosen as well. If you have a specific brand of binder that you want to request, please let me know. After submitting this form, you will receive a follow up email with any questions. Once you receive a “Your Commission Request has been Approved” email you are good to go! Payment will be linked in that email and is due within 24 hours. After the 24 hours you may lose your spot to the next person in line if payment is not received so that I can begin on your art.

    The art piece chosen will be discussed with you in style, but as the artist I reserve the final say and creative choice. I will always consult with you first however, because I want you to love your binder just as much as I love designing and painting it!

    Binder Pricing:

    Mini Binders: $45-55
    4 Card Full Art Binder: $150+ (can fluctuate depending on complexity of art)

    4 Card Partial Art Binder: $115+ (includes one main character and basic filler background)

    9 Card Full Art Binder: $230+ (can fluctuate depending on complexity of art)

    9 Card Partial Art Binder: $175+ (includes one main character and basic filler background)

    12 Card Partial Art Binder:$250+ (includes one main character and basic filler background)

    **Additional characters can be added to partial art binders for an additional $30 per.**

    This includes the cost of a NEW binder, communication time, art and sealant. You can add additional back of binder design for an additional $15. I also offer glitter sealant and glow in the dark paints for highlighting.

  • Please Select which color binder you would prefer. I do try to match the binder with what I feel would work best with the art. If you have a very specific color in mind, please let me know above in the commission details field.
  • Art Statement/Agreement: Each binder is hand painted and designed, not mass produced. There is no way to to produce a one of a kind piece of art without there being minor imperfections that reflect an actual person producing the product. I do not use generative AI in any of my binder art. If you are sending in your own binder for custom painting, I waive any and all responsibility for any damage or issues that arise while your property is in my care. I will do everything in my power to ensure that it gets back to you in the same condition that it arrived, aside from the custom painting that you are paying me to complete. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you agree to communicate with me and give me the opportunity to make it right before leaving a negative review. My TOP goal is creating something fun and beautiful that you will be proud to show off and I want you to love your piece as much as I love creating it.   • Current commission turn-around time as of August 5th, 2026: 4-6 weeks. Your commission piece can be done well before this time frame. This is the latest time frame that you could receive your binder back.
