The Jesus Tent Revival will be September 11-13 and it takes hundreds of volunteers serving together to make a lasting imact. All tasks are organized by when you are available to serve.

Lanyard Team - Assemble Lanyards
Gift Bag Team - Assemble Gift Bags
Celebration Team - Assemble Gift Bags for Celebration Sunday
Outreach
Week of the Event Tasks
Transport Team - Move items from church to property before and after.
Facility Team - Set up Tent, chairs staging, and tear down. Availability needed during the day for various shifts September 8 - 14.
Event Days Tasks
Food & Beverage - Help with food and drinks for ministry team.
Baptism Set-Up - Prep baptismal supplies and area before the event begins.
During Each Service Tasks
Greeting Team - Hold signs and wave 45 minutes before each service begins.
Registration - Wristbands, badges, and gift bag distribution.
Site Cleanup - Collect and discard trash during the event.
Restroom Attendant - Check the restroom supplies and status.
Baptism Runner - Deliver supplies between ministry stations and assist with any and all needs of the baptism team.
Baptism Supply - Organize and prepare supplies for service and assemble bags and guest materials.

Laundry - Collect dirty laundry after service and return them clean before the next service.
