Fruitful - Women Mentoring Women is a deep discipleship program designed to connect women like you with godly mentors who will guide them in cultivating spiritual disciplines such as prayer, Bible study, Scripture memory, and worship, and learn what it means to walk a Spirit-filled life.

Through one-on-one and small group meetings, reflective reading and study on your own, as well as all-group Gatherings every other month, you’ll grow deeper in your faith and develop habits that strengthen your walk with Christ. More than just a place for women to encourage one another, Fruitful is a program of transformation in Christ, to grow our roots deeper as His disciples (Col 2:6-7), so that we bear much fruit to the Father’s glory (John 15:8).

What is Fruitful?
Fruitful is a 7-month discipleship program where we will experience deep community and deep transformation while studying and practicing spiritual disciplines.

What is required?
Fruitful requires 3-4 meetings per month: once with your mentor one-on-one, twice as a small group with your mentor and fellow mentee, and every other month in a large group setting with the other mentors and mentees. You will also need time weekly to complete personal reading and reflection. The program is designed for you to go deeper in your walk with Christ but not be overwhelmed by the work.

What’s the curriculum?
We will spend time in God’s Word and other books that are rooted in God’s Word. These include Donald Whitney’s book, Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life, Better Together – A Discipleship Guide by The Daily Grace Co, and Identity Theft by the Gospel Coalition. There will be a few other articles along the way, as well as 1-2 verses of Scripture memory each month.

Is there a cost to join?
There is a $40 fee to help cover a portion of the supplies and group meetings. All books and resources will be provided.

What if I miss a meeting?
We know that life happens, but in order to gain all that Fruitful is designed to offer, it’s important to have enough margin in your life and calendar (or be willing to make that margin) that will allow you to complete the personal study and participate in the meetings. You will schedule your meetings with your mentor and other mentee to fit your schedules, and two absences will be allowed (with the exception of medical and family emergencies). After these two, we will graciously ask you to step out of the program and apply next year, so please keep this in mind when determining if this is the right time for you to join.

What’s the ultimate goal?
The ultimate goal of Fruitful is that you will fall more in love with Jesus and His Word through developing lifelong habits (disciplines) that help make that happen. The result of this program will be that you finish more confident as a woman of God, more secure in your identity in Christ, and more equipped to powerfully impact the world around you (starting at home) with the Gospel.
