Resolution to Eliminate Conflicts of Interest (Resolution #6)
General: To eliminate potential conflicts of interest, members of the National AFAA Board of Directors shall not serve as board or executive board members for any affiliate associations. Information shared with the AFAA National BOD is confidential and membership on an affiliate association creates a potential conflict of interest when policies and procedures of the affiliate associations is discussed.
