I grant Nancy Inc., Black Business Enterprises, the Hello Nancy Talk Show, and their authorized producers and distributors permission to photograph, audio-record, and video-record my appearance on August 10, 2026. I authorize them to edit, reproduce, exhibit, publish, distribute, promote, advertise, and otherwise use my name, approved title, likeness, voice, biography, statements, and recorded appearance, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, in connection with the program and its promotion. I understand that editing may be required for length, clarity, format, and promotional use, provided my statements are not intentionally presented in a materially misleading manner. I understand that I will not receive financial compensation unless separately agreed in writing. I confirm that my participation and statements will not knowingly violate another party's rights. I release the authorized parties from claims arising from the permitted use of the recording, except where prohibited by law.
