2026 Holiday Village Vendor and Community Booth Sign Up Form

Sign-up early, Booth Themes are 1st come, 1st serve! Deadline is October 16th.
Your organization or business is invited to participate in the 6th Annual Wesley House Family Services Holiday Village at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater! This event will be a family-friendly "pre-party" to our popular BeLighted Bike Ride. We anticipate 1000 - 1500 children will attend. We will have Santa, rides and bounce houses, music, and food vendors! With your help, this event will be a success!

The kids are requesting more interactive experiences vs. a giveaway item.

Themes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only one theme is permitted per booth as we do not want duplicates. Check out our Holiday Village Idea Guide for decorating inspiration on each selected theme.

Our goal is to WOW the children, so we encourage you to go "all-out" with your booth decorations. Check out Pinterest or Etsy for some great ideas for easy decorations to make. There will be a prize for BEST INTERACTIVE BOOTH, BEST DECORATED BOOTH, and BEST OVERALL BOOTH, so go crazy!

Don't forget the lights! Access to outlets is limited, so sign up early!

We will provide entry wristbands for up to eight volunteers for your booth. Any volunteers beyond eight people, will need to pay the Adult or Child entry fee.
