BOWLAPALOOZA Registration Form

Date: Thursday, September 10th, 2026 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Location: All Star Lanes, 9829 Airline Highway, Baton Rouge, LA, 70816.
Bowlapalooza Registration Guidelines:
1. No registrations will be accepted without payment in full.
2. ALL LANE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE RANDOM and assigned after the tournament is full.
3. Any members who sign up after the event is sold out will be placed on a waitiling list.
4. Teams consist of five bowlers. Registrations of less than five members will be places with other members to make up a team.
5. Cancellation policy - pament returned in full two weeks prior to tournament. After August 22nd, refunds will not be given for cancellations or no shows as a gurantee is given to reserve lanes.
Bowlapalooza Awards:
- Individual high score king/queen
- Gutter ball king/queen (individual)
- Team high score
- Best team uniform
