Arizona 2027 Mystic Fair Application

If you are NEW to the Mystic Fairs and are applying as a Reader or Healer, you are required to schedule a call to provide a reading or healing for Carolyn (or a staff member) before you can be approved to work a fair. When you email your list of preferred fair dates to KCMysticFair@gmail.com, please include that you need to schedule your evaluation call.

If you have NEVER participated in a Mystic Fair, please provide a detailed description of the services you offer and/or the products you sell, as well as your experience working multi-day events. If you are an artist, please specify the type of art you create. If you have participated in a Mystic Fair before, simply type N/A.

Please provide a 3 to 5 sentence bio that may be used for social media and promotional purposes. This bio may be featured in Facebook event posts, Instagram posts, Facebook events, and other event marketing materials. This is required for ALL applicants, including Vendors, Readers, and Healers. For reference, you may review previous Instagram posts or Facebook event vendor spotlights.

If you are a Reader or Healer, please provide a TWO TO FOUR word title describing the readings or healing services you offer (examples: Intuitive Medium, Tarot & Angel Messages, Energy Worker, Quantum Touch Healer). This is how you will be listed on the Facebook event and in the event pamphlet. Please limit your title to TWO TO FOUR WORDS. Vendors: Please type N/A.

Please provide at least FIVE high-quality photos that may be used for social media and promotional purposes. If you sell products only (not reader/healer services), you are not required to include a photo of yourself. Readers & Healers must include at least one photo of themselves. If you have worked multiple fairs with us, please try to submit new photos that have not already been used, if possible.

What type of booth would you like at the AZ Mystic Fair?Vendor spaces are designed around the table(s) provided rather than traditional pipe-and-drape booth dimensions. Booth layouts and approximate space sizes are provided as a general guideline and may vary slightly based on the venue and final floor plan. Vendors must be flexible with their setup.Additional full-size tables are not permitted for 6-foot vendor spaces or reader spaces. They may bring one small TV tray-sized table for sign-up sheets, supplies, or personal items, provided it fits behind or beside the provided table within their assigned space.Vendors with an 8-foot table space may bring one additional table, no larger than 6 feet, provided it fits entirely within their assigned space.Small displays, shelving, & signage are welcome as long as they fit within the assigned space & do not obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.

BOOTH COSTS

Booth layouts and approximate space sizes are provided as a general guideline and may vary slightly based on the venue and final floor plan. Vendors must be flexible with their setup.

💰 Reader Space ($300)
Includes one 3-foot round cocktail table with tablecloth and two chairs. Reader spaces are approximately 6' × 6'. One small TV tray-sized table is permitted for sign-up sheets, supplies, or personal items. Small displays and signage are welcome, provided they fit within your assigned space and do not obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.

💰 Healer Space ($325)
Includes one 6-foot table with tablecloth and two chairs in an approximately 10' × 10' corner space. You may bring additional tables, displays, shelving, and signage, provided everything fits within your assigned space and does not obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.

💰 Vendor Space (6' Table - $375)
Includes one 6-foot table with tablecloth and two chairs. Spaces are approximately 8' × 8'. Additional full-size tables are not permitted. One small TV tray-sized table is permitted behind or beside the provided table for supplies or personal items. Small displays, shelving, and signage are welcome, provided they fit within your assigned space and do not obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.

💰 Vendor Space (8' Table - $450)
Includes one 8-foot table with tablecloth & two chairs. Spaces are approximately 10' × 8'. Vendors may bring one additional table, no larger than 6 feet, provided it fits entirely within their assigned space. Small displays, shelving, & signage are welcome, provided they fit within the assigned space & do not obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.

Booth fees require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space once you have been accepted into the fair. The remaining booth balance is due by December 1, 2026. If you are accepted after December 1, your payment schedule will be determined on an individual basis. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your booth space. WORKSHOPS & GALLERIES

Workshops and galleries are optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Workshop and gallery time slots will be assigned based on availability and your preferred presentation. A workshop is an educational or interactive presentation where you teach a topic or lead an experience, such as meditation, breathwork, astrology, or another educational or experiential offering. A gallery is a live demonstration for an audience, such as a mediumship gallery, tarot gallery, psychic gallery, or similar presentation where you provide messages or demonstrations to attendees.

The early-bird fee to present a workshop or gallery is $50 when reserved and paid by December 1, 2026. After December 1, the presentation fee increases to $100, subject to availability.If you are interested in presenting, please list the workshop(s) and/or gallery(ies) you would like to offer below, including a title and a 1-2 sentence description for each. If you are not interested in presenting, please enter "N/A."

All general information for the Mystic Fairs will be posted in the Mystic Fair Vendors Facebook group. Within that group, there will be a separate Vendor Update Event for each fair. It is your responsibility to stay up to date on all information posted in both the Facebook group and the Vendor Update Event. Please only join a Vendor Update Event after you have been approved for that specific fair. If you are accepted into an Arizona Mystic Fair, you will be required to complete an event contract before your space is officially reserved. The contract will include payment instructions, booth fees, what is included with your booth (tables/chairs), event setup information, and additional event policies. Please type "I UNDERSTAND" below to acknowledge that you have read and understand this information.

The Mystic Fairs are a place of inclusivity, respect, and non-judgment. While we all hold different beliefs, love and respect are the common ground that unite our community. You may be removed from any fair you have been approved for if, at any time, you are in breach of this contract or no longer align with the values of the Mystic Fairs. This policy also extends to public social media activity. Content that is racist, sexist, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise offensive toward individuals or groups is not consistent with the inclusive environment we are committed to creating.
