2026 Deer & Beer Campsite Selection

Camping is open to vendors at Deer & Beer. Please read our camping rules thoroughly. Submission of the camping form does not reserve a camping location, you must pay to reserve a spot. You must pay with credit card after completing this form, then you receive a link to reserve your site.

1. A $35 per night fee will be assessed for each camping unit placed on the grounds.

2. No fires of any sort are allowed.

3. Campers are responsible for providing all electrical cords. Extension Cords used to distribute power to electrical machines shall be rated at a minimum of 20 amps and must include a ground wire. Cords that do not meet these requirements shall be disconnected immediately from the power supply and must meet the standards before reconnecting.

4. No modification of electrical outlets is permitted. No electrical cords shall cross any roadways.

5. Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Site selection - ONE CAMPSITE PER SUBMISSION

Choose a site number based off of the space numbered on the map. If the site is available, type in "1"in the box that appears under the site number and hit submit. This will assign that site to your camping reservation. Water and electric are available at all sites. Blue sites are reserved for vendors and entertainment.
