Terms and Conditions
All applications are subject to approval.
Payment is due within 7 days of acceptance.
Pitch fees are non-refundable unless Wild Heart Events cancels the event.
No refunds will be issued for exhibitor cancellation, illness, weather, travel issues, or any other circumstances outside the organisers’ control.
Traders/readers must attend the full event.
The organisers may reallocate pitches where necessary.
Only approved products and services may be sold.
Exhibitors must hold valid public liability insurance and comply with all health and safety requirements.
The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to stock, equipment, or personal belongings.
You grant permission for supplied photos to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
In the event of force majeure, the organisers may postpone, relocate, or cancel the event without liability beyond applicable refund terms.
