Department of Art Locker Checkout

Fill out the form below to request a locker on the 4th floor of the ARTS building.

Majors and Premajors in Art and Art Education actively taking classes in the ARTS building are given preference when reserving lockers. MFA and BFA Art students with assigned studio spaces in the ARTS building are not eligible for lockers. Design students (Illustration, Graphic Design, Animation, EXDM, Lens-based, etc) are not eligible for 4th floor lockers.

Lockers are free, but must be reserved using this form
Lockers are cleared out based on the checkout period indicated. Any materials or posessions left in the locker after the checkout period will be disposed of.
You must provide your own combination or keyed lock.
Any lockers which have been filled and locked without being reserved through this system will have their locks cut and contents discarded.
