SNS reimburses for travel if you attended at least one of the meets below for Summer Senior Travel Expenses. You may submit expenses for more than one meet in order to reach your maximum reimbursement level. If you attended one of these meets, but it was local, and you have another non-listed meet you traveled to, it is eligible for reimbursement. Please check off meets attended, then below, list the meets you are submitting for reimbursement.

Please check with your coach or team manager to find out if they are submitting a team travel package. Request they submit all required receipts prior to 8/30/2026. Team Travel athletes are no longer required to submit copy of Team Unify bill as long as your team submits proof of billing.

AIRFARE, ACCOMMODATIONS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION (CAR RENTAL, RIDE SERVICE, PARKING), PERSONAL AUTO USE (gas or IRS Mileage), and MEET FEES UP TO THE AMOUNT ALLOTTED are reimbursable. (For cases where costs are shared like an AirBnB the list of athletes sharing and documentation from Credit Card, Payment Method, etc also need to be included)

Payment Instructions

SNS prefers to make payments through Zelle. These payments will be made after 9/1/2026 and upon approval. Check payments are processed after the end of the program on 9/15/2026, and mailed within two weeks. Any checks not cashed within 60 days are forfeited per SNS Policies. One reminder will go out at 30 days.

Next Steps

2. You will be notified if your application is approved or denied. If denied, you have the opportunity to submit clarifications.
