  • Welcome to LOCnificent 2026!

    Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at LOCnificent 2026.

    LOCnificent is more than just vendor market and natural hair hair showcase—it’s a celebration of culture, community, and creativity. Our 100% indoor event offers a two-level experience with music, performances, and vibes that center locs, natural hair, and Black excellence.

    Vendor slots are limited and highly curated. Please read the tier descriptions carefully before applying. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once accepted.

    NOTE: Thursday 10/15 event - food/dessert is the only vendor type needed. Sunday 10/18 event - product/merchadise and dessert vendors needed. Hot food vendors are not permitted on the 18th.

    TIME: 2:00pm – 9:00pm

    LOCATION:  Atolye NYC, 236B 6th St, Brooklyn, NY

    Application deadline is Wednesday, September 9, 2026!

    Applicants will be contacted no later than Friday, September 11, 2026 regarding the selection process and status of their application. 

    Vendor fees range from $250 - $1100 and are due upon application approval and no later than Friday, September 18, 2026.

    If the fee is not recieved by the deadline, your space will be given to a vendor on the waitlist.

    • Small Business Vendor (Standard) – $250
      Includes 6ft table + 2 chairs. 8x6 space. Located on main floor + custom flier
    • Small Business Vendor (Premium) – $350
      Includes 6ft table + chairs + placement in first row of marketplace area + custom flier + social media spotlight (limited slots available)
    • Corporate Brand Vendor – $800
      10x10 space with table/chairs + social media spotlight 
    • Corporate Plus Brand Vendor – $1100
      10x10 space with table/chairs + logo display + IG feature + newsletter mention + signage placement at event + marketing table add-on

    LOGISTICS

    • Vendor set-up will be at 11:30am. This event is being held at an indoor, ground floor venue, so loading should not be an issue.
    • It is recommended that you prep your station with lighting that does not require electricity.  Lights might be dimmed the last 2-3 hours of the event.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own display setup, i.e. tablecloths.  Displays should not extend outside of the designated space provided. Example: Racks, displays, banners, etc., cannot extend outside of Vendor Space. Fashion vendors with clothing racks, and other large displays please email us to discuss options.

If you opt to be a paid sponsor, a custom event sponsor flier, larger premium vendor space, newsletter feature, and enhanced brand exposure are automatically included.
