Terms and ConditionsAll vendors & assistants are the sole responsibility of the applicant. Applicants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soroptimist International of Powell, its agents and servants, from any and all liabilities arising out of the use and occupancy of its premises, parking lots, and the Park County Fairgrounds equipment. Furthermore, Soroptimist International of Powell shall not be held responsible or liable for any theft, loss, or accidents that may befall a crafter or any of the crafter's helpers or entourage during the crafter's occupancy of the space.
It is the crafter's responsibility as a vendor to comply with the state of Wyoming to collect your own sales tax and submit it to the state. A list of vendors will be provided to the State of Wyoming Department of Revenue. Park County has a 4% sales tax rate.
The undersigned has read and voluntarily signed this contract and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. I have read this document and I understand it is a release of ALL claims. I voluntarily sign my name, evidencing my acceptance of the above provisions.
