  • Rental Rules and Agreement

    Please read each section carefully before agreeing and signing.
  • Driver Requirements
    - Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
    - A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.
    - Use is limited to roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or less, except lawful crossings of higher-speed roadways.
    - Obey all traffic and parking laws, and seatbelts must be worn.
  • Prohibited Use
    - No sidewalk, off-road, sand, water, reckless, or impaired driving.
    - Never exceed passenger capacity or carry items on top of the cart.
  • Security and Charging
    - Remove the key when unattended and secure the cart.
    - Keep it plugged in when not in use and charge it nightly.
    - Keep the charger dry, use proper 110V power, and never drive with the parking brake engaged.
  • Maintenance and Damage
    - Do not attempt repairs.
    - Contact ECO Motors immediately about operating problems or damage.
    - Put the cart in Tow mode before pushing, pulling, or towing it.
    - Inspect the cart before use and report any existing damage.
  • Responsibility and Fees
    - The customer is responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, citations, fines, damage, repairs, uninsured losses, and injuries arising during the rental.
    - The customer pays the actual ticket or citation plus a $250 convenience fee.
    - Improper-use or incorrect-charging service calls may incur a $35 fee.
    - Return the cart fully charged and cleaned; failure to clean it may incur a $25 cleaning fee.
    - Do not use a pressure washer.
  • Enforcement and Refunds
    - ECO Motors may revoke use without notice for violations, without a rental-fee or deposit refund.
    - If the cart becomes inoperable through no fault of the customer, ECO Motors will take reasonable steps to repair or replace it, and any refund applies only to verified unused rental time after prompt notice.
  • Agreement, Payment, and Cancellation
    - The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless M&M J&E Enterprise, LLC DBA ECO Motors, including its agents, employees, and affiliates, from claims, losses, liabilities, reasonable attorney fees, and litigation costs arising from possession or use.
    - Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the first rental day receive a full refund; cancellations fewer than 30 days before the first rental day are nonrefundable.
    - Payment is charged at booking through ECO Motors' approved payment system, and this form does not collect credit-card numbers.
    - Submission does not confirm availability until ECO Motors verifies availability, delivery details, final pricing, and payment.
