Hold Harmless & Participant Agreement
By registering for and participating in the Car Show, the undersigned participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Indemnification & Release of Liability: The undersigned hereby agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Nite Life Car Club, the Downtown Santa Barbara Improvement Association (DSBIA), and the City of Santa Barbara, along with their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft sustained in connection with participation in this event. Organizers reserve the right to deny participation.
- Rules & Conduct: Participant agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, standards, and safety directions established by the event organizers, staff, and judges throughout the duration of the event. Organizers reserve the right to remove participants in violation of rules and for any identified misconduct. Participants agree to abide by all city laws, rules, regulations and codes. All participants may not leave State Street until end of event and as directed by Organizers.
- Judging & Awards: Participant agrees to accept all reasonable conditions of the event and acknowledges that the decisions, final judgments, and award selections made by the event judges are final and binding.
- Certification: By signing below, the participant certifies that all information provided in this registration form is true, correct, and accurate.
