- Pick 1 time for each day (not each test) that you are entered.
- Day Of Entries must arrive by 2pm each day to be guaranteed a run time.
- Flexible could also be called "any available time" as those entries will be used to complete any unfilled flights and/or run at the end of the schedule.
- Volunteers/Workers should also choose "Flexible" and follow up with the Chair/Secretary for appropriate assignment of flight/position.
- Flight schedules will, as always, be provided to all entries via email the week of the event so that you may plan accordingly.
- We appreciate your patience as we try out this new feature and likely, work out any kinks in the process.
