Little Miss Cougar Star Football Dance Clinic 2026

Become a Cougar Star for a day! 

Come and join the Cougar Stars at their Little Miss Cougar Star 2026 football dance clinic! This clinic is open to students from PK (age 4) through 5th grade. Your dancers will spend the morning learning a special field routine from the award-winning performers of the Cinco Ranch High School Cougar Stars Dance Team. That night, these little dancers will perform for their parents and the entire crowd at a CRHS Football Game at Legacy Stadium. We can't wait for you join us for a night with the Stars!

Cost:

PK- 5th grade: $100 (Price goes up to $115 after August 28th, then $125 on the day of the event if space permits).

Dance Clinic: Sept 19th, 8:30 am-12:00 pm, Cinco Ranch High School Dance Gym 

Football Half-time Performance on Sept 19th

Please drop off your dancer at the visitor entrance of Legacy Stadium near the bus parking  at 5:30 pm. The Stars and Little Stars need time to get situated and enter the field. Once you have checked in your dancer with a Cougar Star Volunteer, please find your seat in Legacy Stadium to watch your Little Star perform! 

*Please Note:

• Your dancer will be sitting with the Cougar Stars until after the half-time performance. 
• Parents will not be allowed in the Stars area of the stands. You will have plenty of photo opps from around their section.
• After half-time, please pick up your dancer at the visitor entrance. 

*DANCER'S SHIRT: Camp T-Shirt should be worn for admission to football game and performance. Although we will have extra shirts, availability of specific sizes cannot be guaranteed if registering after September 2.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I, the registrant's parent or legal guardian, give my permission for the registered student(s) to attend the CRHS Cougar Star Dance Clinic/Camp at Cinco Ranch High School. The Katy Independent School District, its employees, parent volunteers, Cougar Stars and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives will not be held responsible in the event of injury or accident. I also realize that refunds will not be issued, unless clinic/camp is cancelled. In case of accident or serious illness, I request those in charge of the event to contact me. If the person in charge is unable to reach me, I hereby authorize the Director, Supervisor or district employee to secure medical services for my child and I accept responsibility for all cost. 

I also realize that my child will not be released to anyone but me unless other arrangements have been communicated to persons working the camp. 

By authorizing participation in this clinic/camp, you are permitting your child's picture to be taken for the sole purpose of publicity including but not limited to the Cinco Ranch High School Dance Team's website, promotional flyers, posters, ads, mailers and/or banners.

Medical Release and Authorization

As Parent and/or Guardian of the named participant, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the minor child, in the event of a medical emergency, which in the opinion of the attending medical professional, requires immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed.

Permission is hereby granted to the attending physician to proceed with any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray examination and immunizations for the named athlete. In the event of an emergency arising out of serious illness, the need for major surgery, or significant accidental injury, I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending physician to contact me in the most expeditious way possible. This authorization is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me.

Permission is also granted to the Cinco Ranch High School Cougar Stars Booster Club and its affiliates including Directors, Coaches, Volunteers and Team Parents to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to the medical facility.

BY SUBMITTING THIS REGISTRATION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, THIS IS THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.

 FAQs

What does cost include for my dancer? Dance clinic, T-shirt, snack, and water during clinic on Sept. 19th, and then admission to Football Game.

What should my dancer bring and wear to the clinic? T-Shirt and shorts, leotard and tights, or anything comfortable for dancing. Please wear tennis shoes or jazz shoes.

Will there be food provided? Yes, snacks and water will be provided. If your child has any dietary restrictions (allergies or food sensitivities), please include that on the registration form and please send an appropriate snack from home. (We will make sure your dancer gets only what you send.)

How do I get tickets to the football game to see my dancer perform? A link to buy tickets will be emailed out to clinic participants the week of the clinic. Tickets are estimated to be about $10 per person. Game tickets are subject to change at any time.
