Vendor Terms & Conditions
By applying, you agree that submission does not guarantee acceptance. Spaces are confirmed only upon full payment. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Prairie Community Events. Markets operate rain or shine unless deemed unsafe. Vendors must provide their own equipment (including weighted tents), arrive during setup, remain until closing, and leave their space clean. Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licences, permits and food safety requirements. Only approved products may be sold. Prairie Community Events is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury. Photos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes. Prairie Community Events reserves the right to refuse or remove vendors whose products or conduct are considered unsuitable or unsafe.
