currently enrolled in ballet with 3 yrs classical ballet experience, height 62-70", boys and girls age 13 and up

currently enrolled in ballet with 2 yrs classical ballet experience, height 47-67", boys and girls age 9 and up

currently enrolled in ballet with 1 yr classical ballet experience, 43-50", boys and girls age 6 and up

2:30-3:15pm

no prior experience needed, height 43-50", boys and girls ages 6 and up

NOTE: Height guidelines are strictly followed for costuming purposes.

As this is a professional audition, dancers need to follow traditional dance audition attire guidelines:
- Girls: solid color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair pulled up in a secure bun. No skirts/shorts please.
- Boys: black tights/pants, white t-shirt, black ballet shoes, hair combed neatly away from the face.

Dancers need to arrive at auditions 15 minutes prior to their specific audition time to allow for registration/check-in.

A non-refundable $25 audition fee must be paid to complete registration. Students who are cast will have an additional $50 non-refundable participation fee due at the time of casting (audition day). This fee covers costume use/cleaning and all rehearsals.

All rehearsals/shows/fittings are mandatory and exceptions will not be made for dancers who are not able to commit to ALL dates. Commitment dates may include Oct 2 or 3, 9, 17, 24, 30, Nov 5 and/or 6, 13, 21. Tech and dress will be held Nov 23, 24, 25. Performance dates are Nov 27 and 28. Times for each date are TBD. Rehearsals take place at Idaho Dance Academy in Star and Ballet Idaho Academy in Boise. Shows/tech/dress take place at Jewett Auditorium in Caldwell.
