Art Making Session 1 Registration Form: Youth Drawing / Adult Drawing
This registration form is for Swenson Studios Session 1 of the 2026 - 2027 school year. This session begins September 2 and runs through October 8.

YOUTH (ages 7-16) six weeks

- Wednesdays, 4:30-5:45pm

- Thursdays, 1-2:15pm

- Thursdays, 7-8:15pm

- Cost: $130 (includes materials)

ADULT (ages 15+) five weeks

- Tuesdays, 8-9:15pm

- Cost: $110 (includes materials)

Note: classes require 4 students to run and cap at 8 students. You will be notified if your class is cancelled due to low enrollment. If available, you will be given the option of moving to a different class meeting time or you will receive a full refund.

Student Image Use

Often Swenson Studios makes posts to our Facebook page showing the work that is created in our classes. We are excited about the work that our students create! Student artwork may also be included in printed media or forms, etc. You can grant or deny permission for images of you and/or your artwork to be taken and used in the aforementioned ways.

Enrollment is automatic upon receipts of your registration AND payment. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee and registration is not considered complete. All registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis until the class maximum is reached. Classes that do not reach the minimum requirement of 4 students will be cancelled. REFUND POLICY: Classes cancelled by Swenson Studios are subject to a full refund. Requests for withdrawal and refund must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start of the session/class. A full refund will be issued (a $1 handling fee will apply to reimbursement via check). A request for withdrawal should be submitting to Jenn Swenson via Swenson.Studios.Art@gmail.com. No refunds will be given for missed classes or sessions. I understand that the safety of participants with respect to this activity is not guaranteed by Swenson Studios. I understand that each participant has a responsibility to exercise due care in the performance of activities for the safety of him/herself and other participants. I understand that it is the responsibility of the participant to provide him/herself with accident or medical insurance. In the consideration of the participant being permitted to enroll in this activity, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Swenson Studios and it’s instructor(s) from any and all claims, demands, costs, charges and expenses for harm, injury, damage or loss to persons or property which may be sustained by the participant(s) as a result of relating to or arising out of participation in this activity.
