PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM
We're so grateful you're joining us for the Boys & Girls Club of Bangor's Annual Pickleball Tournament! By playing, you're helping provide life-changing programs for local youth. Together, we can empower them to thrive and become community leaders.

This tournament will be played in doubles. If you are registering as a team, please fill out information for both players and select the skill level for your team.

If you do not have a partner, please indicate this on the form and select your skill level. This will allow us to pair you with another player of comparable skill, ensuring balanced teams for the tournament.

Teams are unisex and will be split into divisions based on skill level. A schedule of when each division will play will be sent prior to the tournament, once registration has closed.
