This year's theme is about the kind of support that carries you through the long stretches of this work, not just the short bursts. Collective is where we recharge that together as an agency, learning from each other, strengthening the partnerships that back us up, and heading into the year ahead a little steadier than we started. We're glad you're part of it, and we're excited to spend the weekend with you in Madison.

REGISTRATION & COST

When does registration close? Final registration closes January 31st.

Does registering earlier save money? Yes. Pricing increases as spots fill, so registering earlier gets you a lower rate.

Can I attend part of the weekend instead of the whole thing? No. Collective is a full-weekend commitment, Friday through Sunday afternoon. Partial attendance isn't available.

Can I attend remotely or via live stream? No. We're not offering a live-streaming option this year. The weekend is built around face-to-face time with our supplier partners and team, and remote participation can't replicate that.

PLUS ONES

Can I bring a Plus One? Plus Ones are welcome as space allows. Sojourney advisors have priority if space is limited.

Does my Plus One need to commit to the full weekend too? No. The full-weekend commitment applies to advisors only, your Plus One can attend as much or as little as makes sense for them.

FOOD & DIETARY NEEDS

Will the Friday Birthday dinner be included?  Friday dinner is included but Friday Classes/Labs are an additional ticket price.  You'll be asked during registration whether you (and your Plus One, if applicable) plan to attend Friday dinner for our catering headcount.

What if I have food allergies or dietary preferences? There's a spot on the registration form to note any allergies or preferences so we can plan catering accordingly.

HOTEL & ROOMMATES

Do I need to book my own hotel room? Yes, advisors handle their own hotel booking. We use registration responses to decide whether a room block makes sense each year.

Can you help me find a roommate? If you note on the form that you're looking for a roommate, we'll connect you with another advisor who's also looking. We don't assign roommates, you'll coordinate directly once connected.

I live locally, do I need to stay at a hotel? No. You can indicate on the form that you'll be staying at home instead.  

TRAVEL

How far is the venue from the airport? James Madison Event Center is about 63 miles from Atlanta airport, roughly a 1-hour drive, though traffic can add significant time. Build in a buffer on both ends for arrival and your return flight. 

This helps us decide whether to set up a hotel room block each year, and connect advisors who are both looking for a roommate.
