Your tuition is divided into two equal installments. After submitting this registration form, you will receive a QuickBooks invoice by email. Please use the invoice to pay the 1st installment and enroll in AutoPay for the 2nd installment. A receipt will be emailed after each sucessful payment.

A 3% credit/debit card processing surcharge will be added automatically to each card payment. This surcharge is hadled by the 3rd party and is non-refundable.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To withdraw, you must submit a written cancellation request by email to artofpianoplaying@outlook.com no later than 09/10/2026. Verbal notices, messages to teachers, or simply stopping attendance DO NOT constitute an official cancellation.

If cancellation request is not received by the deadline above, your card will be automatically charged for the 2nd installment payment according to the payment schedule above.

REFUND POLICY:
Fifty percent (50%) of the first installment payment serves as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% of the first installment payment is refundable only if your written cancellation request is received by the deadline above. After the cancellation deadline, tuition becomes non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, or make-ups will be given for absences, illness, or behavioral dismissals. In case of emergency, a make-up may be arranged only if your school offers multiple class days and space permits.
4. AUTOMATIC PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION:
By checking the box below and submitting this registration, you agree to the tuition payment schedule shown above and authorize Art of Piano Playing Music School Inc., through its payment processor, to automatically charge the payment method you provide for the scheduled installment payments. This authorization ends automatically after the final scheduled installment payment has been processed.
