The 2026 Fall Open Streets event welcomes vendors, food & beverages trucks, and volunteer organizations to join our community in promoting health, wellness, and family-friendly activites on September 19th, 2026. Healthy Body. Healthy Mind. One Step at a Time.

Mandatory Pre-Event Meeting

All participants are required to attend one of the following meetings:

Truck Fee: $20 must be paid to Sandy Foster before you can set up your truck at the beginning of the event.

Section 5- Vendor, Food Truck, and Volunteer Guidelines & Agreement

Thank you for being part of the 2026 Fall Open Streets! To ensure a successful event for everyone, please review and adhere to the following guidelines, which you agree to upon registering.
Promoting Wellness & Compliance

✅ Physical Activity Requirement – Vendors (excluding Food Trucks) must incorporate a wellness or physical activity component.

🚫 No sales of products, services, or taking donations of ANY KIND – Vendors may not sell products or collect donations of any kind. (Food Trucks are exempt.)

🚭 No Tobacco, Vaping, or Marijuana – This is a family-friendly event. In order to protect our community from the deadly effects of secondhand smoke, demonstrate to our youth that tobacco use is not the norm, and support those who are trying to quit, all substances, including tobacco, vaping, and Marijuana are prohibited.

Event Schedule & Logistics

●     Set-Up Begins: 8 AM

●     Ready by: 9:30 AM

●     Tear-Down Begins: 2:00 PM

(NO VENDOR ARE ALLOWED TO START TEARING DOWN BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE OPEN STREETS AT 2PM)

●     Entry and exit via 4th Street (North or South Entrance).

●     Once unloaded, please immediately move your vehicle to the designated parking area, unless your vehicle is a part of your vendor space.

●     The event street will be closed to traffic for the entire event.

●     Parking: Vendors must park in Central Plaza parking lot.

●     Food Trucks: Located on 5th & "C" Avenue.

●     Event Staff Identification: Open Streets staff will be easily identifiable in event T-shirts.
Event Expectations

If you bring it, you set it up! This is your time to shine—vendors are responsible for assembling their own tents, tables, and activity equipment. Be sure to plan ahead and bring any necessary supplies and assistance so your setup is smooth and stress-free. Our event team will be busy keeping things running, but we know you’ve got this!

●     Bring Your Own Supplies: Vendors are required to bring their necessary items, including:

○     Tables, chairs, tents, generators, weights, equipment, sandbags, etc.

○     Remember to check the weather for high-winds, light rain, etc. and plan accordingly.

●     Cleanliness: Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean area throughout the event. Trash bins will be available on-site.

Food Trucks are allowed to sell their food and beverage, but not allowed to take collections of any kind.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

●     Notification Deadline: If you cannot participate, you must notify the Open Streets Committee no later than 9:30 AM on September 15th, 2026.

●     No-Show Fee: Failure to notify by the deadline may result in a $20 fee to participate in future Open Streets events.

●     Event Cancellations: In case of event cancellation, all updates will be sent to the email and/or phone number provided during registration. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and current.
