Dear Devotees, Volunteers and Employees,
We are pleased to invite you for a site visit to Baba’s new Mandir - Sai Niwas, located at 2781 Markham Road, Toronto ON (behind Sun City Plaza) on Sunday August 30 2026, at 10 am. The Mandir is under construction and expected to be ready by Spring 2027.
All site visit participants are required to sign this waiver form issued by our General Contractor, RossClair. Please print the completed form (one per participant) and bring it with you on the day of the event. Do not sign up if you are unable to walk on uneven, slippery ground conditions or climb construction steps / ladders.
Additional guidelines:
Footwear: For safety purposes, all participants must wear closed-toe shoes or hard shoes. Sandals or open-toed footwear will not be permitted.
Attire: Please wear appropriate clothing suitable for a construction site visit.
Arrival Time: Kindly arrive at the Mandir office 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visit time to submit waiver forms and complete coordination procedures.
