Please initial to acknowledge and agree to the following adoption fee terms:- Total adoption fee is $100.00 USD.- A non-refundable deposit of 50% ($50.00 USD) is due upon approval and will be applied to the adoption fee.- The remaining $50.00 is due prior to or at pickup/delivery.- If an extended hold is requested, a non-refundable extended hold fee of $50.00 per week (or partial week) past the agreed pickup date is required, in addition to the adoption fee.
Please initial to acknowledge and agree to the following spay/neuter terms: - I agree to have the adopted kitten spayed or neutered by 8 months of age by an accredited veterinarian. - I will provide written proof or a receipt from a licensed veterinarian to Twin Titans Inc. within 14 days of the surgery.
Please initial to acknowledge and agree to the following liability and indemnification terms:- I understand that animal behavior is unpredictable and no guarantees are made regarding the health, temperament, behavior, or future medical needs of the adopted kitten.- I hereby release Twin Titans Inc. and its founders, officers, directors, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, veterinary expenses, or legal losses related to the adoption, custody, or medical condition/behavior of the kitten.- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twin Titans Inc. from any third-party claims or expenses arising after transfer of custody.
