• Ice Skating Birthday Party Request Form

  • Thank you for your interest in celebrating your birthday at the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex Ice Arena!

    Ice skating party availability is based on our current Open Skate schedule and facility availability. Because our ice schedule may change due to tournaments, special events, and other programming, this form is a request only and does not guarantee a reservation.

    Once we receive your request, our staff will review availability and contact you within 2 business days with confirmation, your party agreement, and payment instructions.

    Birthday Parties include:

    • 2.5 total hours of party time with private room
    • 1.5 hours of activity time
    • 12 activity wristbands* (additional wristbands $8 each)
      *Wristbands are needed for anyone skating 2+ years old, who is not a RP Member

    Cost:
    Non-member Rate: $295 + sales tax
    Member Rate: $265 + sales tax
