  • Minnesota Association of Career and Technical Administrators (MACTA)

    MACTA is an affiliate of the national Association of Career and Technical Education (ACTE) and the Minnesota Association for Career and Technical Education (MnACTE). MACTA represents Minnesota CTE Administrators and Perkins Consortium Administrators/Coordinators. MACTA offers dynamic continuing education on Perkins and important CTE issues. Focused understanding of operational issues for both secondary and post-secondary education. Networking opportunities for collaboration with CTE and Perkins colleagues. Two optional conferences each year – generally during CTE Summit (i.e., CTE Works!) in the fall and a central Minnesota location in winter or spring with MnACTE. Active professional committees: legislative/public policy, professional development, membership, communication, and licensure.

    The Minnesota Association for Career and Technical Education (MnACTE) is a representative, statewide, professional, umbrella organization of and for individuals who teach, administer, coordinate, and offer support services to students in secondary and post-secondary career and technical education. MACTA membership includes MnACTE state-level membership and ACTE national-level membership.
