Client Boarding/Hotel for Dogs Agreement
1. Vaccination & Health Requirements
All dogs must be up-to-date on core vaccinations, including: Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus (DHPP/DA2PP), Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of current vaccination records must be provided prior to boarding. Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses. Reborn Rescue reserves the right to refuse service to any dog who appears ill, aggressive, or unfit for boarding.

2. Boarding Services & Rates
Standard Boarding / Overnight Stays: $30 per day/night. Doggie Daycare / In-Home Care (premium option): $60 per day/night. Rates include general care, feeding (owner must provide food unless otherwise arranged), and exercise. Additional services (training, grooming, special care, etc.) may incur extra charges.

3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Drop-off and pick-up times must be scheduled in advance. If an owner fails to pick up their dog at the agreed-upon time, a late fee of $15 per hour will apply. Dogs not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time without communication will be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with local animal welfare laws.

4. Owner Responsibilities
Owner affirms that their dog has no history of aggressive behavior toward people or other animals. Owner is responsible for providing accurate care instructions, food, medications, and emergency contact information. Owner authorizes Reborn Rescue to seek veterinary care in the event of illness or injury, with all costs to be paid by the owner.

5. Liability Waiver
Reborn Rescue will exercise due diligence and reasonable care in the supervision of all dogs. However, owner acknowledges that boarding dogs carries inherent risks, including illness, injury, stress, or escape. Owner releases and holds harmless Reborn Rescue, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from the dog's stay, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at drop-off. No refunds will be issued for early pick-ups. For an extended stay TBD five days must be paid for at time of drop-off. Owner must communicate with Reborn Rescue staff for additional days based on circumstance. Additional fees (late pickups, veterinary care, damages caused by the dog, etc.) must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.

By signing this contract you (or your Agent) agree to hold Reborn Rescue, its owners, operators, employees, harmless from any damage, loss, or claim arising from any condition of the undersigned pet, either known or unknown to Reborn Rescue. It is also further understood and agreed the terms of this agreement can change at any time, without notice, and will overwrite any and all prior signed contracts or releases.
