By completing this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
TRAVEL & EXPERIENCES
As a ProphetKid model, you may be asked to travel to different locations for photoshoots, campaigns, brand events, and content creation.
FOOD & DRINKS
During all photoshoots, events, and travel, drinks and snacks will be provided and taken care of.
TRANSPORTATION
If you need a ride to and from any photoshoot, event, or travel location, we can help plan it out for you. Please give at least 1 WEEK NOTICE so we can make proper arrangements. Last minute requests may not be guaranteed.
PROFESSIONALISM
Models are expected to represent ProphetKid in a positive, respectful, and professional manner at all times.
CONTENT USE
By completing the application, you grant ProphetKid the right to use any photos or videos taken during shoots, events, or travel for marketing, social media, website, advertising, and promotional purposes.
MINORS POLICY (UNDER 18)
- All models under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in any ProphetKid photoshoot, video shoot, advertisement, or promotional campaign.
- A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entire duration of the photoshoot or video shoot.
- Every minor must have a signed model release authorizing ProphetKid to use their image in advertising, on our website, social media, and other promotional materials.
- ProphetKid reserves the right to stop or cancel a shoot if these requirements are not met.

CONTENT USE & RELEASE
By participating, you grant ProphetKid the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, publish, and distribute any photos or videos taken of you for marketing, advertising, social media, website, and other promotional purposes. This includes print, digital, and online platforms. This permission is granted without compensation and may be used worldwide and indefinitely unless a written revocation is provided.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- For models under 18, a parent/guardian must be present for the entire photoshoot, video shoot, or ad.
- All information must be accurate and up to date.
- Please give at least 1 WEEK NOTICE for any travel or transportation needs.
- ProphetKid reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any shoot if these requirements are not met.
