Voter Information Request

The following information is included with all voter data requests:

Voters who meet the at-risk criteria may request that their entire voter record be marked as withheld and exempt from public disclosure. For more information, please visit www.weberelections.gov/privacy.

All voter lists are provided as an Excel spreadsheet and delivered via email. The Elections Office does not provide assistance with modifying or formatting spreadsheets.

Fees are calculated by the Lieutenant Governor's Office in accordance with Utah Code 63G-2-203(10). Upon receipt of this request form, the applicable fee will be calculated, and the requestor will be contacted. An additional bank service fee may apply to credit and debit card payments. E-check, check, and cash payments are also accepted.

Payment and Processing

Once your request has been processed, you will receive either a phone call at the number provided or a payment link sent to the email address provided. Requested records will not be released until payment has been received and processed.

Please allow several business days for your request to be completed. If your request is urgent, please call the Weber Elections Office at 801-399-8034 immediately after submitting this form during normal business hours for assistance.
