Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026-2027 Society Yearbook Cover Art contest! The Society has reached nearly 1000 members and is growing every month. This year we would like to celebrate our membership by featuring artwork from one of you on the cover. We look forward to seeing the Society through your eyes. Please see below the rules and regulations for this competition:
Size: Artwork must be 5 5/16” by 8 ½”
Featuring: Each piece must be able to accommodate the Society logo, see above rectangle, and years “2026-2027”. The logo and date can be placed anywhere within your piece. The logo must not be smaller than 1 ¾” W by 1” H, and the date can be any size.
Content: All submissions must be appropriate and represent the Society purpose. The work must be original and created by the entrant. Any medium is welcome as long as the image can be digitally scanned with high resolution (300 DPI, JPEG, GIF, PDF.)
Deadline: Submit your art by Friday, August 21, 2026, to be considered. Winner will be featured on this year’s cover.

By submitting your artwork to this contest, you are allowing the Society all rights, title, and interest and grant perpetual, exclusive license to The Conservation Society of San Antonio to reproduce and display this work. You are also guaranteeing that this work is 100% original, created by you, the entrant, and does not infringe on anyone else’s copyright.
