    Every great crew needs someone steering the ship — that's your Challenge Captain! This is the teacher who'll lead your teaching team through the Future Anything Challenge from start to finish, keeping everyone on course, offering support and coaching along the way, and making sure the whole crew knows what's coming next. They'll also be our main point of contact throughout the journey - so if we need to check in, celebrate a win, or help problem-solve, they're the first person we'll come to. Think of them as part guide, part hype-person, part steady hand on the wheel — the one keeping the ship (and the students) moving full speed ahead.
