Current North Carolina USBC members are eligible for recognition in the North Carolina USBC Hall of Fame based off of the following criteria:

Meritorious Service

Bowlers being considered for the NCS USBCA Hall of Fame for Meritorious Service must be a current or former member of the North Carolina USBC. These bowlers are known for their commitment to the sport, their local associations and state association. These bowlers are well known for their volunteer efforts during tournaments and other bowling events. Bowlers recognized for this prestigious award are dedicated to the growth of the future of the sport of bowling.

A member for nomination for this Hall of Fame must not be a current member of the NCUSBC Board of Directors, unless the member has been an active director or officer for at least 5 years.

Alternatively, an NC bowler (current or former) may be recognized for outstanding national achievements on the USBC Board of Directors, IBC Youth Committee, or other national or international legislative or volunteer position.

The NC USBC Board will induct up to 2 members to the Meritorious Service Hall of Fame annually unless special circumstances apply, but may induct less. A nominee must receive at least 67 percent of the vote for induction from the committee to be inducted.
