By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms of Use of Village Dunnd's and agree to the following:

• I understand that the activities offered (playground structures, trampolines, mini golf, slides, zip line, arcade games, and other attractions) involve normal and foreseeable risks that may result in falls, collisions, or injuries.
• I agree, together with the children under my supervision, to follow all park rules, posted safety signs, and staff instructions.
• I understand that children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parent or accompanying adult at all times. Village Dunnd's does not provide child care or supervision services.
• I confirm that all participants are physically able to safely take part in the activities and that no known medical condition prevents them from participating safely.
• I understand that unsafe behaviour or failure to follow the rules may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
• I accept responsibility for any damage caused intentionally or through improper use of the facilities by myself or the children under my supervision.
• I understand that Village Dunnd's is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• In the event of an emergency, I authorize Village Dunnd's staff to contact emergency services if necessary.
• I acknowledge that I have been informed of the inherent risks associated with these activities and voluntarily choose to participate. I understand that this document does not limit any rights provided under the applicable laws of Québec.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Use and Park Rules of Village Dunnd's.
