This form does not require your HPCSA registration details. The online meeting link will be emailed to you before the CME.
During the final 30 minutes of the CME session, an attendance form will be shared in the meeting chat. To have your attendance recorded for CPD purposes, simply complete the form and provide your HPCSA registration number. Your attendance will then be submitted for the allocation of the applicable CEUs (1 Clinical and 1 Ethical).
