Purpose:
This memo serves to outline the vision, values, and expectations for all individuals joining our women empowerment nonprofit team. Together, we will create a strong foundation to inspire, support, and uplift women in our community.
History
Women Without Titles is more than a ministry—it is a movement. A God-breathed vision entrusted to Prophetess Felicia L. Johnson, this spiritual organization was created to uplift women who serve, intercede, labor, and love without official recognition or title. Yet, they carry power, purpose, and the presence of God.
We are a safe haven for women who feel unseen, unheard, or undervalued. Through prophetic insight, community gatherings, and Holy Spirit-led events, we bring healing, identity, and affirmation to women across the nation and beyond.
Whether you are in the pews, on the pulpit, in the marketplace, or behind the scenes, you matter—and this is your place.
Here, your voice will be amplified. Your story will be celebrated. Your assignment will be ignited. Join the movement. Be part of a sisterhood that honors your anointing—title or not.
