I understand that visiting and participating in U-Pick activities at Sweet Water Farms involves risks associated with being on a working agricultural property. These risks may include uneven or slippery ground, holes, irrigation equipment, ladders, falling fruit or branches, insects, animals, farm equipment, weather conditions, and other natural or agricultural hazards.

By entering the orchard and participating in U-Pick activities, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with these activities and agree to use reasonable care while on the property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Sweet Water Farms, Inc., its owners, operators, employees, volunteers, and representatives from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in U-Pick activities or presence on the property, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.

I agree to follow posted rules and instructions while on the property.
