  • Welcome to Sweet Water Farms! We're excited to have you here. Please note: by entering our property and participating in U-Pick or related activities, you agree to the following:
    • Assumption of Risk: Visiting a farm involves natural hazards, including uneven ground, weather conditions, insects, and contact with plants and produce. By choosing to participate, you accept these risks.
    • Release of Liability: Sweet Water Farms, Inc., its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during your visit.
    • Supervision of Children: Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
    • No Alcohol Sales: Guests may not consume alcohol on the property unless otherwise permitted by law.
    • Personal Property: Sweet Water Farms, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
    • Personal Responsibility: All visitors are responsible for their own safety and behavior. Guests must act with care and respect toward others, animals, and farm property, and accept responsibility for supervising their children and guests at all times.
    • Photo/Media Release: I consent to Sweet Water Farms, Inc. photographing or recording my party during our visit and using those images or videos for promotional purposes, including on social media and our website, without compensation.
  • Emergency Medical Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency involving a minor in my care, I authorize Sweet Water Farms, Inc. staff to seek emergency medical treatment on that minor's behalf if I cannot be immediately reached.
    • Governing Law: This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, and agree to hold harmless Sweet Water Farms, Inc. from any claims arising from my visit.
