WE'RE HIRING!

We are looking for bakers to join our team. You will be working closely alongside Haydon, our Chief Toast maker.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- 6am starts on weekdays and 7am starts on weekends, daytime hours to have a life!!
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Full time or part time hours
- Fixed term contract till mid December.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of baked goods to a high standard
- Mix, proof, shape, and bake doughs
- Making custards, creams and other mis en place.
- Keep workstations and baking equipment clean
We’re a small team and we’re looking for people who bring the right energy and want to play a real part in building something from the ground up.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Proactive, team player, willingness to learn!
- Looking for someone that’s excited to join an independent bakery at an early stage.
- Has foundational knowledge in bread and pastry production - experience working with shokupan dough and / or other types of baked goods
- Familiarity and interest with asian baked goods
- Focused and a strong attention to detail
