Rooms in the hotel and in the Attesi tents will be shared. We are working on arranging a limited number of private accommodations for an additional cost, and we'll send more information soon.

Section 4 — Physical readiness
Be prepared for full, active days—from early morning to late at night—including walking, stairs, and being on your feet for a few hours in varying weather. Part of the trip also takes place at a glamping property with natural walking surfaces — gravel, grass, and garden paths — including walking outdoors at night. Mexico City involves walking and time at altitude.

Section 9 — Trip price, payment schedule & cancellation policy

Please read these terms. You'll confirm your agreement below.
Trip price: $4,500 per participant, based on shared accommodation. Private-room (Mexico City) and private-tent (Attesi) supplements are additional and quoted separately.

Payment schedule
• $50 application fee — due now, with this application. Non-refundable. Separate from the trip price and not applied toward your balance.
• $1,000 deposit — due within one week of acceptance. Non-refundable. Applied toward your trip price.
• Balance ($3,500) — due no later than 45 days before departure (January 23, 2027).

Cancellation policy (calculated on the full $4,500 trip price)
• More than 45 days before departure: you forfeit your $1,000 deposit; anything paid above the deposit is refunded.
• 45–31 days before departure: 50% of the trip price is non-refundable.
• 30–16 days before departure: 75% of the trip price is non-refundable.
• 15 days or fewer before departure, no-show, or leaving the trip early: 100% of the trip price is non-refundable.

The $50 application fee is non-refundable in every case.
